Appoint somebody else as the HHS secretary and then put Tom Daschle on staff.* It's not so hard, nor is it a hill worth dying on.

Is it that these people can't hire a competent accountant, are cheap bastards even though they get paid in the hundreds of thousands (possibly millions), or just completely lazy ass bums? Honestly, none of those excuses instill much confidence in me.
What amazes me is that 450k of dude's income over three years was a car and driver. What percentage of his total income was that?
